CHILDCARE VOUCHERS
The PSD Group accepts some childcare vouchers (CCVs) as a form of payment for bookings. Your booking will not be confirmed until we receive and process your CCVs. After receiving your booking confirmation email, please contact your childcare voucher provider and quote the reference number found on the dropdown menu when you check out. Your childcare provider will then contact us to arrange payment.
ILLNESS
In fairness to others, we cannot accept children at our camps/clubs if they are unwell or are still infectious – we are also unable to administer antibiotics or other medicines on site.
We reserve the right to exclude a child at any time prior to or during a session due to illness and the parent/carer will be expected to come and collect their child. Non-attendance due to illness will not be eligible for a refund or credit note.
AGE RANGE (FUNWEEKS CAMPS)
Funweeks camps permit children in school years 1 – 7 to attend (children may attend from the September after their fifth birthday). We do not accept children in Reception.
LATE COLLECTION (FUNWEEKS CAMPS)
Children must be collected by 3pm (or 4pm if you have booked an extended hour session). Please inform us on 0203 397 7409 if you are running late. Failure to collect your child by the allocated pick-up time will result in an additional charge. If we have no contact from a parent/guardian by 3.30pm, we will contact Social Services. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings from parents who continually pick up late.
LATE COLLECTION (EXTRA-CURRICULAR CLUBS)

SAFEGUARDING
Any signs or suggestion of child abuse or neglect will be investigated and reported to Ofsted, or relevant local authorities and agencies.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
It is our policy not to exclude any child due to specific needs and/or medical conditions wherever possible and we endeavour to accommodate children within the camp environment. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform us of any medical conditions and special educational needs or disabilities so we can discuss how best to accommodate the child, and consider whether any reasonable adjustments can be made to ensure they are able to fully participate and enjoy the activities on camp within the staffing ratios. Where we feel that a child is not coping within these ratios, we reserve the right to ask the parent/carer to come and collect their child.
Where a child requires one-to-one support, it is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform us and discuss with the team if a plan can be put in place. PSD does not provide one-to-one support therefore we are unable to accept children requiring this support without their own carer.
CHILD EXCLUSION
PSD follows a zero-tolerance policy on discrimination, bullying and persistent poor behaviour of any kind, irrespective of any special needs. We reserve the right to ask parents to remove children from camps and/or club either for the remainder of the day (part exclusion), or for the rest of the season (full exclusion). No refund will be made for any remaining days booked, and any costs associated with the exclusion will be the parents’ responsibility.
OUTSTANDING BALANCES
We reserve the right to suspend any accounts with an outstanding balance and deny entry to our camps and/or clubs until the outstanding amount has been paid in full.
NUT FREE ENVIRONMENT
All of our clubs and camps are nut free environments. We reserve the right to remove any foods containing nuts for the safety of all the children in our care.
PERSONAL PROPERTY
The PSD Group is not liable for any lost or damaged property. If you believe that your child has left an item on camp or club, please contact the Camp Coordinator or PE Specialist who will do their best to assist you. Lost property will remain on camp until the last day of the season and if not collected before this time unclaimed lost property will be donated to charity.
PROGRAMME OF ACTIVITIES
Activity programmes are subject to change in the event of unsuitable weather or other circumstances beyond our control. Timetables displayed on our website are a guide and are subject to change.
